Ahead of the glittery World Cup closing ceremony, Ms. Chanda Singh, Director of TCM Platform, opened up about the challenges of orchestrating a grand event like a an ICC World Cup closing ceremony.

In an exclusive interview with Insidesport, Chanda Singh, gave valuable insights on the challenges and innovations involved in orchestrating a grand event under the constraints of various restrictions.

Singh admitted that conducting an ICC event amid stringent restrictions poses a challenge. However, she revealed that her team is specialized in the careful curation of performances, acts, and showpieces tailored to meet the distinct needs and requirements of each ceremony.

“Conducting an ICC event under various restrictions presents unique challenges. Our team specializes in the art of careful curation, tailoring performances, acts, and showpieces to meet each ceremony’s distinct needs and requirements,” Chanda Singh said.

Having previously organised the successful IPL 2023 closing ceremony, Singh expressed TCM Platform’s commitment to elevating the World Cup closing ceremony to new heights.

Just like the IPL 2023, the World Cup closing ceremony will take place in phases. When asked if that poses an extra challenge, Chanda Singh said, “Breaking down the event into different parts introduces a distinctive format. However, the thorough planning invested in ensuring the smooth flow of each segment assures that the show will be a massive success”.
