A lot has happened in the last few months, with IPL’s brand value declining and Diageo planning to sell RCB. Now, RR might also go the RCB route.

Morne Morkel has provided injury updates regarding Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer. India’s assistant coach revealed that the former has been recovering well while the latter has started rehab. Morkel was asked about Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli playing until the 2027 ODI World Cup and stated that if they’re physically and mentally fit, there’s no doubt they can both play.

The former Indian batter thinks the board should hire a specialist red-ball coach to save Indian cricket. AB de Villiers isn’t sure about Gambhir’s methods either and hopes that he isn’t an emotional coach.
